Pick-up: 3:00pm - 3:15 pm

Aftercare from: 3:15pm - 5:30pm

Aftercare pickup will happen at the North door. Ring the door bell and one of the aftercare employees will meet you.

Applications for financial assistance is available for every student. Multiple scholarship opportunities are available.

Enrollment information for families who already have a FACTS account:

Enrollment opens to the general public on March 1, so enroll your student with the application process here OR log into your FACTS account and pay the enrollment fee. Starting July 1, the enrollment fee is $150 to secure your student's spot in next year's class.

Oklahoma Parental Choice Tax Credit - NEW

The window to apply for an Oklahoma Parental Choice Tax Credit is now open. If you are a parent planning to send your child to St. John Catholic School in the Spring of 2024 or the Fall of 2024, please contact the school so you can apply as soon as possible here: https://www.parentalchoice.ok.gov/

The application window for the tax credit closes on February 5th for the spring semester of 2023-2024 and the fall semester of 2024-2025. Please note that the parent verification letter required for the tax credit application does not guarantee that your child will be able to attend SJCS.

Spirit Wear Information

Spirit wear is every Monday. Students can always wear uniforms. The seasons or program days may change, so watch your emails.

Volunteer, Chaperone or Substitute Reminder

To be a classroom volunteer, field trip chaperone, or susbsitute at the school, you must be up-to-date with VIRTUS, our child safety training and background check. Click here.
