The Home and School Association, our version of PTO (Parent Teacher Organization), coordinates the parental support to St. John Catholic School’s activities, social functions, and fundraisers.
The HSA manages the operating fund and other assets of the Association for the use and benefit of the Association and School.
You may contact our officers at firstname.lastname@example.org
Anyone on the HSA board fulfills the entirety of the PALS hours requirement.
For those of you who despise having to log your PALS hours: board members are exempt from having to do so. You may read more about the responsibilities of each board member in the Constitution and By-Laws
If this is something you would be interested in, or you have a friend you'd like to nominate, please contact the HSA board.
The purpose of the St. John Catholic Home and School Association (HSA) is to foster the primary role of the parent in education by promoting open communication, good will and cooperation between and among the parents, teachers, administration, school board, and the community of St. John parish. The Association contributes to the educational activities which develop and deepen a mutual understanding of Catholic education.
